June Care is closing it’s doors October 31, 2025. See below for important information regarding your account and connections.

The June Care app will no longer be available as of October 31, 2025 at 11:59PM.
Please make sure you capture any data or information you need from June Care ahead of that shut down date and time.

As of October 28, 2025 you will be able to exchange contact information via June Care messaging until the app is shut down on October 31 at 11:59PM.
Once contact information has been exchanged, you may continue to communicate with any of your connections outside of June Care.
For providers, we recommend sending the following message to families you have previously connected with:
Hi [NAME], I am reaching out to share my contact information since we will no longer have access to our conversations through June Care. I’d love to keep in touch for your childcare needs, so please feel free to reach out to me at: Phone Number I look forward to hearing from you!

Any bookings scheduled to take place after 10/31 will need to be handled outside of June Care. We encourage you to exchange contact information with your clients/providers and discuss how you wish to handle bookings and payments moving forward.

If you are chatting with a provider/family, we urge you to exchange contact information so that you can continue the exchange outside of June Care.

For any bookings completed after 10/31, you will need to pay / get paid directly for that booking.
You can discuss preferred payment options directly with your clients/providers.

You will need to submit your final timesheet by 6pm on 10/31 for your final payment to be processed through June Care.
Otherwise, please connect with your families to discuss alternative payment methods.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of verification / background checks as it covers your background check fee. You can request a copy of your completed background check to use for your job search through the Checkr candidate portal.

All profile and personal data will be deleted as part of our platform shutdown process. June Care will not retain any personal information as of the dissolution of the company.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way for your to “keep” your June Care profile, so please take time before October 31 at 11:59PM to capture any data / reviews you’d like to use on other services and/or platforms.

Your account and profile will automatically deleted as part of our platform wind down process. You do not need to do anything else related to your account or profile.
